Policies & Procedures

Minimums

We must reach a minimum number of attendees in order for us to be able to go forward with any class. If we do not meet our minimum we will advise students at least three weeks in advance of the class via email and/or by the phone number provided at registration. We accept no responsibility for the costs associated with a class cancellation. Also, see the terms of the Cancellation Policy for Classes.

Advertised pricing is subject to change. Live class size is limited and may fill up. Please register as soon as you can to guarantee a spot. All courses, whether live or virtual, require payment in full to reserve your space. Payments must be made by credit card through our online registration system. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please call your instructor to discuss other options. All returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 fee.
