This class will cover many techniques and variations to enhance your massage sessions and save your body. We will teach you ways to adapt specific Thai Massage techniques into your table sessions.
We will cover the 4 positions in Thai Massage: Supine, Prone, Side-Lying and Seated plus acupressure techniques.
Learn how to use elbows, knees, feet and Thai body mechanics to save your hands while helping your clients release myofascial tension.
