Facial Gua Sha Fundamentals
is a comprehensive foundation course designed to introduce you to the art and principles of facial Gua Sha. In this class, you'll master gentle, restorative Gua Sha techniques for the décolleté, face, scalp, neck, and shoulders—targeting tension, headaches, and tight facial muscles. You'll also learn effective lymphatic drainage methods to decongest the face and neck, along with the use of plant-based oils for a soothing and nourishing facial massage.
